Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly under Settings → Account → Delete my account. If you can no longer access your account, email adamsimon2002pro@gmail.com with the subject ‘HATE account deletion request’.
1. Data concerned
After verification and processing, we delete, where technically and legally possible: the account and identifiers, email, telephone number, profile, biography, birth information, location, photographs, Hates, preferences, Likes, profile choices, matches, messages, notifications, technical identifiers, incognito and travel modes, and report data that is no longer necessary to retain.
2. Exceptions and technical timeframes
Certain data may be retained for the period strictly necessary to comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, ensure safety, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Backups and technical copies may require additional time before final deletion.
3. Subscriptions
Deleting the account or App does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple. It must be cancelled separately in the App Store settings.
4. Your rights
You may also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by emailing adamsimon2002pro@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.
